This is interesting. I must point out that in the labs, the experiment seems to be working creating rain and lightning. He said that this is inconclusive,...trillion watt lasers.

Hurricanes, Flooding and Migration at it's Highest: Numbers not in Blamestream news
Siri Lanka Flooding August 2017: 500,000 Homeless-RT.com (Photo) |
Not only are we having problems with hurricanes in America, but Asia has had its share of flooding followed with malaria infecting 13,000 people and 1,400 deaths. In addition, Burma is experiencing an exodus into Bangladesh due to the recent conflict. But wait! That's not all! The UN Refugee Agency's annual Global Trends study found that 65.6 million people were forcibly displaced worldwide at the end of 2016. We are currently having a huge human population migration worldwide. This number continues to increase in 2017 and does not include the newly displaced 500,000 Siri Lankans due to the recent flooding.
There are not any nations that have that kind of money to disperse for those who are suffering worldwide. However, there is enough money in the hands of the wealthy elite who can either choose to help make things right or not. Literally, it is in their hands. Think about it.
