Pope John XXIII - Pacem in Terris - Peace on Earth

Pope John XXIII was born on 25 November 1881 until 3 June 1963.   In Easter week of 1963, less than two months before his death Pope John XXIII issued his encyclical letter, The Pacem in Terris meaning Peace on Earth.  Below is part of that text:

Peace on Earth, which men of every era have most eagerly yearned for, can be firmly established only if the order laid down by God be dutifully observed.
He created all things out of nothing, pouring into them the abundance of His wisdom and goodness.
God also created man in His own images and likeness, endowed him with intelligence and freedom,
and made him lord of creation.
How strongly does the turmoil of individual men and peoples contrast with the perfect order of the universe!
But the Creator of the world has imprinted in man's heart an order which his conscience reveals to him and enjoins him to obey.
The family...is...the first and essential cell of human society.

Human beings have the natural right to free initiative in the economic field, and the right to work.
Women have the right to working conditions in accordance with their requirements and their duties as wives and mothers.
Furthermore, there is the right to a working wage, a standard of living in keeping with the dignity of the human person...the right of assembly and association...to freedom of movement.

Every man has the right to life, to bodily integrity.
A human being also has the right to security in cases of sickness, inability to work, widowhood, old age, unemployment, or in any other case in which he is deprived of the means of subsistence through no fault of his own.

He is the first and only person running for the president of the united states with swiss bank accounts and in foreign countries with tax shelters and tax avoidance schemes.  Romney's father, filed 12 years of tax returns and said that this should be standard.  Romney, his son has only filed one tax return.
Why would anyone need a Swiss bank account, 1) to conceal your wealth 2) or think that the Swiss franc is stronger than the US dollar.  Romney moved his money over under a Republican president.

Romney replied," I am not the money manager, and I don't know where the accounts are."  The day before Romney was sworn into governor, he transfered the money into a money trust under his wife's name, which is a tax haven.  Why would someone running for the highest office in the land, conceal his financials.  Ask Romney, "Have you paid your fair share in taxes?"

Ten of the eleven top contributors to Mitt’s campaign (who contribute through political action committees and employees, not directly) abuse offshore tax havens, and some are the most notorious in the business for doing so. Citigroup, for example, has over 1,200 offshore tax havens, and is the sixth biggest donor to the campaign. Nation writer George Zornick went on The Ed Show last night to shed more light on why the presumptive GOP candidate needs to open his books now."

Haiti Quick Facts

The Crossing Borders Project is going to Haiti, to see what life is really like over there.  The different sub-cultures explain Haiti Today (2012) with different perspectives.  The Crossing Borders Project wants to know what is "really" going on.  First we have what I call the large corporation type aid workers, who received a ton of money and people are wondering where the money went.  (More of this on a different post) Second, we have the Haitians who's problems are never ending and not getting much better; HIV is at a height, recent outbreaks of Cholera at an increasing level and is feared to increase during this years rainy season; (more on this is a different post) water is scarce, and many homes have not been rebuilt while crime is rising.

Cholera had entered the Artibonite River, Haiti's longest, 60 miles upstream ó most likely from a leaky latrine at a United Nations camp for peacekeeping troops, who carried it from Nepal.

This is a country only a few hours away by plane from the United States.
This is a country where billions of dollars have been donated and much of it used to support the aid agencies. 

The Crossing Borders Project only has two weeks to let the Haitians tell their stories through the visual image so we can see their lives through their eyes.

The U.S. Passport Act of 1926 is an obscure piece of legislation that was enacted decades ago when the idea of passports started catching fire around the world. Subsequently absorbed into U.S. Code Title 22, the law was originally intended to authorize and issue passports for . .citizens to travel abroad.

Several years ago, the law was modified to provide the Secretary of State with the authority to revoke or deny a passport to any U.S. citizen convicted of engaging in immoral acts with minors overseas. Until now, this has been the only instance of excluding a U.S. citizen from travel abroad. But if Senator Barbara Boxer gets her way, there’s going to be one more.

As part of Senate Bill 1813 (known as MAP-21), Congress has inserted language that would oblige the Secretary of State to revoke or deny a passport to any U.S. citizen who the IRS Commissioner deems as having "seriously delinquent tax debt." For the purposes of MAP-21, "seriously delinquent tax debt" is defined as an amount in excess of $50,000 in which a notice of lien or levy has been filed in public records.

Bear in mind, this is strictly an administrative procedure; there is no due process. By comparison, even pedophiles go in front of a judge before losing their passports. Something is wrong with this picture. News of the 1676-page bill has broken across mainstream media outlets. Forbes, Fox Business, the Atlantic, BusinessWeek … everyone is reporting on this now. So far, though, no one in Washington has shown any intention of backing down.

I’ve taken the time to actually read the entire bill myself … I wanted to ensure that I understood it fully before telling you about it. And believe it or not, there are even dumber provisions within. For starters, in what may be one of the most depraved Big Brother moves on record, section 31406 of the bill makes it mandatory for "black box" event recorders to be installed in every new passenger vehicle starting with model year 2015.

Section 31504 requires the development of special alarm systems designed to remind drivers that there are other passengers in the vehicle. Duh. Then there are provisions for more taxpayer funding to subsidize the massively loss-making Amtrak … plus calls to develop more national, regional, and state-owned railways across the country.

Perhaps most important, though, is Title II of the bill – "Stop Taxhaven Abuse." Long story short, if the U.S. government decides in its sole discretion that a foreign jurisdiction is impeding tax enforcement, Uncle Sam can shut them out of the U.S. financial system, no questions asked. It’s just another measure to turn foreign banks into unpaid spies of the federal government … and limit financial freedom for U.S. citizens. This is a bully move, plain and simple.

Most of the global financial system depends on U.S. banks for correspondent accounts. When you wire money from Cambodia to Brazil, for example, the funds pass through New York. But these kill switch provisions are actually on very shaky legal ground. As several banker and attorney friends of mine in popular offshore jurisdictions like Panama and Labuan have told me, the new bill violates a host of trade agreements. Moreover, it may prove to be the final nail in the coffin for U.S. dominance in global banking … it’s almost as if Congress is daring the international community to come up with a better alternative.

As China opens its currency and economy more and more each day, it seems painfully obvious that a new solution is coming soon. Meanwhile, U.S. citizens would do well to start focusing on taking action while the window is still open. This involves seeking a second passport (lest you have yours revoked), moving gold out of the country, and establishing a foreign bank account.

The Gaza Strip - Documentary Film

Forward by Susan Brannon Film by James Longley James Longley went to the Gaza Strip for three months and made a documentary film in 2001. This was before the settler's were forced to leave and gives a true prospective on life for the Gazans just as things started to get worse. James Longley decided to release his film for free online only a few months ago so more people will have access to view the Gazan realities. He first released his film in 2002 at the Chicago Palestine Film Festival and the place was packed. Longley also produced "Iraq in Fragments" and was awarded three jury awards at the 2006 Sundance Film Festival and was nominated for an Academy Award for Documentary Feature. His short film Sari's Mother premiered at the 2006 Toronto International Film Festival and was nominated for an Academy Award for Documentary Short. In 2009, Longley was awarded a $500,000 MacArthur Fellowship "Genius Grant. This film begins with an introductory to the live in the Gaza Strip and the tension increases in the film while the tension is increasing in the Strip. Parts of this film clearly shows crimes against humanity...when the Israelis dropped chemical canisters onto Khan Younis, Gaza of an unknown substance. At the time, the population was going about their business, along with shooting nearby. The children were coming home from school and the men were working and the then the canisters of some sort of smell-less gas that tasted like sugar or mint was released onto the general population. The film focuses on the lives of the children and you can clearly see the effects of the trauma in their lives. You can follow along through some of the lives of these Gazan children and understand that the children had to grow up quickly with the sounds of bullets, rockets, tanks and loosing their homes. They lost friends, parents, uncles and brothers. One of the children decides that it is better to die than live like the way that his life has led and reflects what life means to him. There are scenes that describe the aftermath at the hospital explaining that some boys picked up some boxing gloves that the Israeli tank dropped off to play with it. Inside was some metal, they thought they could sell it. One boy took the metal ball out of the glove and tried to break it. It exploded and was killed instantly. Two other boys were injured and taken to the hospital.t This film is an eyewitness to The aftermath of the destroyed homes in Khan Younis, the shooting when the families attempt to clean up the mess. You can hear the shooting while the families live in small tents near their destroyed homes. In the end there is utter devastation, inside of the Gaza Strip, in the neighborhoods inside of the Gazan border. It is my hopes that the world does not forget the Gazans and continue to ignore the plight that their lives have taken. After the shooting of this film, life has become much worse for those that live in the Gaza Strip.

Another film by James Miller and his team going into Afghanistan where no film crews have gone for the British series Dispatches. This film represents a truth of Afghanistan in 2001. Afghanistan is quite different now that the American soldiers have come in as you will see in other films that I post on this blog. This film has won many awards: RTS International Current Affairs award, Emmy Award, BAFTA, and the RTS "Programme of the Year" award. James Miller collaborated with reporter Saira Shah who was with him covering the last film that Miller made titled: Death in Gaza released in 2004.

This is a documentary by James Miller:
While filming, producer/director James Miller was killed by an Israeli soldier. He was considered a martyr to the Palestinians and they waved his picture in the streets. Miller's death came about after he and fellow crew members were attempting to approach an Israeli APC at night time, audibly and visibly suggesting their neutrality as journalists by wearing helmets and flak vests marked "TV", waving a white flag and walking slowly in the open. A first warning shot was fired by an Israeli soldier, and a crew member reaffirmed their neutrality by yelling "We are British journalists". Seconds later, another shot was fired and hit Miller in the neck, killing him instantly. This occurred while the crew was filming military activity from one of the children's homes in Rafah, in the south of the Gaza Strip.
James Miller and crew had intended on illustrating this struggle from the Israeli children's point of view also, but James was killed before even the completion of the Palestinian segment of this film. His death was incorporated as a major part of the film, with an explanation by the narrator, Saira Shah, at the beginning of the film, and the full story and reactions at the end. It is mentioned that Palestinian militants made posters declaring that Miller was a martyr against the film crew's wishes. Merck, Hillerman, Vaccines and Children - U.S.A.

Over a year ago, I wrote an article on the Swine Flu vaccine and have kept it in the back-burner of my mind. In November 2011, I became a proud new grandmother and while I was ooing and ahhing over the cute little bundle, California passed a new law that I was unaware of the California parents loosing their rights to decide for their children if they can receive vaccines or not. In the midst of my ecstasy, my own grandson was receiving vaccines.

In fact, he received a few vaccines only a few hours after he was born. The vaccines involved in California are not just any vaccines but those involved in sexuality (and thus fertility) focused vaccines. Governor Jerry Brown signed it into law despite the appeal of parents in California. Gardasil and Hepatitis B vaccine are two vaccines that 12 year old children may now "consent" to and both are Merck products.

Yes, it is hard for a parent to decide, should I or shouldn't I give my child these vaccines?" When one reads all the corruption that occurs in the pharmaceutical companies along with the knowledge that they release contaminated vaccines, then one really must wonder about these companies...our government, and our public health. Unfortunately, I am concerned over the "Nazi style propaganda" that is going on these days concerning vaccines. Is it really a "bad parent" and a person who does not care for the overall public health of our nation to refuse vaccines for their children? Are these parents really ignorant and believing "conspiracy theories" when they decide not to give the vaccines to their children? Not to mention the ridicule and rejection in schools they receive, the dirty looks from physicians and other parents who were socially aligned for the good of all and public health. Is this really the division between Aryan and non Aryan? Did we forget what happened in our past? Did we forget the experiments that the Nazis did to the Jewish women?

The worlds largest vaccine distributor, researcher, and developer is the Merck Pharmaceutical Company. Let's look at some of the company's history. "Records show the Merck pharmaceutical company received a major share of the Nazi "flight capital" at the close of World War II when its president, George W. Merck, was America's biological weapons industry director. These facts were revealed by Norman Covert, Army public relations director at Fort Detrick in Frederick, MD, and veteran news correspondent Paul Manning in his book "Martin Bormann: Nazi in Exile" (Lyle Stuart, Inc, 1981)." For Jewish families who lost sons because of AIDS, it may be of interest that the vaccine chief at Merck, Dr. Maurice Hillerman, admitted that Merck's Hepatitis B vaccine caused the AIDS epidemic in the US because the vaccines were contaminated with a monkey virus. (He also said that all Merck's vaccines are contaminated with cancer and other viruses.) Dr. Hillerman gave an interview conducted by medical historian Edward Shorter for WGBH public television (Boston) and Blackwell Science was cut from The Health Century due to its huge liability–the admission that Merck drug company vaccines have traditionally been injecting cancer viruses (SV40 and others) in people worldwide."

Dr. Maurice Hillerman, while working at Merck discovered that the polio vaccine was contaminated that was being tested in Russia at the time. In his interview he states that all vaccines have some type of virus in them and that , "Yellow Fever vaccine had leukemia in it." Dr. Hillerman went to a meeting to explain his findings and said, "However, this virus has long term effects, I just had a feeling." He was asked what those long term effects were and Dr Maurice replied, "Cancer". Following his finding, there was not a press release or report given to the public regarding this discovery, the vaccine was not pulled from the shelves and continued in their testing stage in Russia. Later, the press exploded with news regarding the success of the polio vaccine. The American people fled to their doctors to receive this vaccine, trusting in the ethics of science and our government for public health protection. Who would have thought that such a respectable company would and could release something that would harm our nations public health?

Dr. Hillerman realized that the cancer virus was called SV40, He said, "It was good science at the time, because it was what you did. The next thing you know, three weeks after that we found that there were tumors in these hamsters."

FACT: Before the Polio Vaccine, there had never been a virus from another species deliberately injected into humans.
FACT: 61% of all human tumors (at autopsy) now contain the SV40 monkey virus, which is traceable to the Polio Vaccine of the 1950s and 1960s.

If these things could happen in the past, then who is to say that they do not happen now? Dr. Larry Palevsky, a board certified New York pediatrician, routinely gave vaccines to his patients for ten years until he noticed them losing eye contact. He then began looking into the vaccines he had blindly trusted, and found that they are ALL contaminated with viruses that are so small they can never be removed. He no longer gives any vaccines, and now treats his young patients for autism and other neurological injuries from vaccines.

Merck, Gardasil and our government knows that the vaccines are contaminated, then why are the Americans forced to give these vaccines to their children? (see also: (Truth about Gardasil, and your lawyer) Perhaps the highest scientific authority saying vaccines are contaminated is Garth Nicolson. He is a cell biologist and editor of the Journal of Clinical and Experimental Metastasis, and the Journal of Cellular Biochemistry. He is one of the most cited scientists in the world, having published over 600 medical and scientific peer-reviewed papers, edited over 14 books, and served on the editorial boards of 28 medical and scientific journals. Nicolson is not just saying that vaccines are contaminated with mycoplasma, but is also warning the US that they are. He goes even further, and says that we are being damaged by them and contracting chronic degenerative diseases.

The number of vaccines that the American children are receiving increased with time:
1980: 9 vaccines, autism is rare
2009: 36 vaccines before age 5
2010: 55 vaccines before age 6

It is a fact that The US government has conceded that the Hepatitis B Vaccine causes Lupus – and it has also been associated with MS – but it is still mandated for every infant in the US on the day of birth! All the vaccines mandated to children and many other vaccines as well, including the seasonal flu vaccines being mandated to health care workers, are contaminated with Polysorbate 80, the central ingredient in a pharmaceutical industry patent to damage fertility. The pharmaceutical industry has a long history of of seeking a vaccine that would covertly sterilize whole populations.

The Gardasil Vaccine (HPV) is to protect from two types of HPV, HPV 16 and 18 that cause 70% of cervical cancers, 80% of anal cancers, 60% of vaginal cancers, and 40% of vulvar cancers. This vaccine contains GMO's that alters peoples DNA just like it does with our crops. India suspended Gardasil after 4 girls died, but the killing has gone on in the US – despite the confirmed deaths of over 100 girls. Furthermore, the Centre for Disease Control (CDC) – with special ties to Merck – now wants ALL boys to take it too!

But these figures are based on statistics from medical professionals who do not wish to be sued. In reality, less than 10% of all deaths, seizures, paralysis, etc., are being reported as being caused by the vaccinations that doctors gave their patients.

The following real-world estimates are based on reports from the legal firm Monheit Law:
840 girls and 2 boys have died after receiving the Gardasil HPV Vaccine.
201,010 girls have suffered debilitating events such as fatigue, seizures, paralysis, etc., after receiving the Gardasil HPV Vaccine.

Under the California law, children will be the ones decide whether to take the vaccines, and they will make that decision after being forced to see videos of people dying terrible deaths from cancer. Not only would the vaccine be given without parental consent, but parents are denied knowledge that the vaccine is going to be given, or that it was given. If the child has a seizure, or dies afterward, parents cannot even see their own child’s medical records!

It should be left to every parent to decide for their children regarding health concerns such as this. It is the parents responsibility and not the governments responsibility to decide what is right for the child. Our policies should put the control back into our hands, not take them away.

Patent seeds, Monsanto sues farmers, (144) sued so far. This does not include those who have been threatened, and became scared and did whatever Monsanto wanted them to do. They also sued against farmers who did not want anything to do with GMO seeds. Monsanto sued farmers, who became contaminated with seeds that blew into their farms from nearby farms. Congress passed a law the declaratory judgment act; allows a person who believe that they may get sued, go to court first, to get a ruling from a judge that you are not doing anything wrong. Farmers filed a declaratory judgment against Monsanto, regarding seed contamination in their fields. They wrote a letter to Monsanto informing them about the judgment requesting a letter that they would not be sued for contamination. The judgment, did not ask for money, just a peace of mind. They did not write a letter. Rule on patent law, is only usable if it is socially useful. For example, an invention to poison the people is not patentable. Therefore, patents on GMOs is not patentable, because of scientifically evidence. In the long term it is injurious to public society. A law firm, filed a request that Monsanto's seeds are not patentable.

In Vermont, the vaccine industry attempted to remove parents’ right to philosophical objection to vaccines. Vermonters stood up for their rights and the legislature stood with the people.

But this battle to remove parental rights to decide what is best for their child affects every family in the country, and it is far from over. The pharmaceutical industry is working state to state to remove both philosophical and religious exemptions.

It is crucial to be clear that most families right now do not even realize exemptions exist or how to get them, and are cowed by school or medical or government authorities who say they must get them which is untrue.

Parents are not informed either that they have a choice whether to let them children be injected with vaccines or about their dangers. From the Alliance for Human Research Protection:

“…. the reality is that much of what public health officials and vaccine manufacturers proclaim is not backed by science or experience.

“…. Not only have the vaccines failed to protect against the targeted disease, but the vaccines are implicated in increasing the likelihood of children becoming infected with more virulent strains of the disease.

Exemptions for vaccines go to the heart of the issue – the human right to refuse vaccines on any basis. From Dr. Mercola:

“The issue of protecting your right to make an informed, voluntary vaccination choice for yourself or your child in the United States is about defending human rights.” As Barbara Loe Fisher, president of NVIC, states:

“‘While the State may have the legal authority to mandate use of vaccines, nobody has the moral authority to FORCE you to get vaccinated or vaccinate your child without your voluntary, informed consent.’”

But the government has been allowed to put out false “health information” around vaccines, and arguing over it serves as a powerful distraction from two undeniable criminal actions that vaccines are now being used to perpetrate against children’s bodies. The need for this information and the basis for refusal now has become urgent.

1. Any child in the US who is vaccinated with the new DNA vaccines, and with vaccines that are part of the CDC’s mandatory vaccine schedule (as well as any person taking the flu vaccine) are being subjected to polysorbate 80, a sterilizing agent.

That fact is not deniable since polysorbate 80 is listed as the preferred ingredient in a phama patent entitled “A Fertility Impairing Vaccine.” (The University of Georgia Research Foundation [pharmaceutical companies, along with agribusiness] is listed as the patent applicant.)

“In the description section of the patent application, Tween 80 (Polysorbate 80) is listed as a preferred ingredient:

“‘In a preferred embodiment the vaccine comprises oil, preferably a biodegradable oil such as squalene oil, in an amount of about 2.5% to about 15%, preferably about 8% to about 12%. In preparing the vaccine it is advantageous to combine a concentrated oily adjuvant composition with an aqueous solution of the antigen, pZP glycoprotein. Typically, the vaccine is prepared using an adjuvant concentrate which contains lecithin (about 5% to about 15 % wt/vol, preferably about 12% wt/vol) and STDCM (preferably about 25 mg/mL to about 50 mg/mL) in squalene oil. The term % wt/vol means grams per 100 mL of liquid. The aqueous solution containing the isolated pZP glycoprotein is typically a phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) solution, and additionally preferably contains Tween 80 (about 0.2% vol/vol to about 0.8% vol/vol, preferably about 0.4% vol/vol).’”

That is, American children and all those taking the flu vaccine are being subjected without their knowing to a sterilizing agent. Put more bluntly, Americans are being subjected to compulsory sterilization under the cover of “health.”

The pharmaceutical industry was experimenting on Auschwitz prisoners to develop just such vaccines, ones that could be given at routine doctor’s appointments that would sterilize covertly. From Have Rabbis Forgotten the Experiments on Jewish Women at Auschwitz?

This historical study uses primary source documents obtained from archives in England and Germany to describe one type of experiment carried out at Auschwitz — the sterilization experiments…

“The purpose of these experiments was to perfect a technique in which non-Aryans could be prevented from reproducing while still being able to work as slave laborers. ….

“Dr Adolf Pokorny, a Nazi physician wrote to Himmler in October 1941: ‘Should we succeed in obtaining a method, permitting as quickly as possible to sterilize people without their knowledge, then we would get hold of a new, most effective weapon.’”

“In July 1942 Lieutenant General Rudolf Brandt, Himmler’s personal advisor (Strzelecka 1996), contacted Clauberg, asking on behalf of Himmler, [how long it would take] to sterilize 1000 Jewesses. The Jewesses themselves should not know anything about it. As the SS Reich Leader [Himmler] understands it, you could give the appropriate injection during a general examination.

“The United States was the first country to concertedly undertake compulsory sterilization programs for the purpose of eugenics.>[33] The heads of the program were avid believers in eugenics and frequently argued for their program. It was shut down due to ethical problems. The principal targets of the American program were the mentally retarded and the mentally ill, but also targeted under many state laws were the deaf, the blind, people with epilepsy, and the physically deformed. According to the activist Angela Davis, Native Americans, as well as African-American women>[34] were sterilized against their will in many states, often without their knowledge while they were in a hospital for other reasons (e.g. childbirth). Information about the California sterilization program was produced into book form and widely disseminated by eugenicists E.S. Gosney and Paul B. Popenoe, which was said by the government of Adolf Hitler to be of key importance in proving that large-scale compulsory sterilization programs were feasible.>[43] In recent years, the governors of many states have made public apologies for their past programs beginning with Virginia and followed by Oregon>[41] and California. None have offered to compensate those sterilized, however, citing that few are likely still living (and would of course have no affected offspring) and that inadequate records remain by which to verify them.

“Thus, without question, the CDC’s mandatory child vaccine schedule requires that American children be exposed to a sterilizing agent, not just once but between 60 to 70 times (and more if more vaccines are mandated) over the course of their childhood, and this toxic assault on their bodies begins on the day of birth.”

Parents not only have the right to philosophical objection to any or all vaccines, but most certainly have the right to informed consent. All of the mandated vaccines for their children must include information that polysorbate 80 is a sterilizing agent and one that is “preferred” as such in a pharmaceutical industry patent, and therefore deemed effective.

Parents in all states have the right to protect their children from being compulsorily sterilized in this deceptive manner. This is a criminal assault on their children’s bodies. In truth, parents should give this attack an even more seriously criminal label, because “imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group” meets the UN”s definition of genocide.

2. Any child in the US who is vaccinated with the new DNA vaccines and anyone taking the flu vaccine is having their DNA being contaminated with patented GMOs.

Those being vaccinated with the new DNA vaccines are automatically turning their “intellectual property” over their own DNA over to the vaccine manufacturers by allowing that DNA to be contaminated. The vaccines replicate how seeds are genetically engineered (patented GMOs are shot into the DNA), permanently corrupting it. But putting aside the damage to DNA, there is a undeniable commercial issue here. NONE of the legal issues of intellectual property rights over the DNA have been mentioned much less settled. What claims might the vaccine companies (or government which shares patents with it) make over the child’s “patent-tagged” blood, organs, etc. since patented DNA would be in all of it? Given the aggressive actions of Monsanto, a biotech company, against farmers whose fields were contaminated – involuntarily – by Monsanto’s patented intellectual property via pollen drift, and Monsanto’s refusal to say they will not sue those who were unwillingly contaminated, there is no reason to believe that the vaccine industry, biotech companies, will behave any differently. In fact, there is already action in Colorado to show how the drug companies may behave around control over what is in someone’s body.

According to the FDA (which is controlled by the drug companies), adult stem cells are now drugs and the government claims the right to regulate them. How much more assertive would biotech companies behave when what is in people’s body includes patented material?

Parents in Vermont have been arguing uphill against bogus “health” demands put forward by the vaccine industry. But this is a more simple argument. Parents in Vermont have the right to protect their child’s “commercial” interests from the biotech pharmaceutical industry, just as their farmers are working to protect their own commercial rights from the biotech giant, Monsanto.

This video of Daniel Ravicher, a patent lawyer, shows how ferociously the biotech industry is behaving around its patents. On Monsanto’s bags of GMO seeds is the following:

“Warning! Stop, these seeds are protected by our patents. You may only use these seeds in the ways that we allow you to. You can’t redistribute them to anyone else. …. You have to abide by our terms”

Ravicher explains the problem:

“Even if you don’t know you have been contaminated, once your property comes into possession of Monsanto’s seed, they can assert their patents against you and they have done so against others.”

Now, try a replay, substituting biotech’s patented GMOs in vaccines.

“Warning! Stop, these GMOs in your DNA are patented. You may only use this genetically modified DNA in the way we allow you to. You can’t redistribute them to anyone else. …. You have to abide by our terms.”

And Rachiver’s comments would apply to GMO vaccines.

With the pharmaceutical industry vaccines, the comment should include the additional clause, “… even if you were denied informed consent and forced to be contaminated by government mandates and under false emergencies.”

The mandate around vaccines rests on the government argument that they prevent disease for the child taking the vaccines and provide herd immunity (protection for other children) and on the frightening “information” that the child could get polio or whooping cough or measles or hepatitis B and die. But the government argument is falling apart at every possible level. The vaccines are not preventing diseases, are causing paralysis and deaths, and increasing children’s risks.

“The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and GAVI’s polio vaccines are causing mass paralysis in India and Pakistan and with a more deadly strain than natural polio; the pertussus vaccines are spreading pertussis via vaccinated populations and creating a more virulent strain; the measles vaccines aren’t working to protect against measles; the pentavalent vaccine is causing a high number of adverse events and deaths; Andrew Wakefield’s work on the MMR vaccine has been substantiated; and these are only the most recent stories showing up primarily in foreign media….

“Unlike conventional drug treatments meant for the management of existing diseases, in prophylaxis with vaccines, safety is of paramount importance. Vaccines that frequently and unpredictably cause the death of healthy children cannot be recommended [said Jacob Puliyel, an eminent paediatrician at St. Stephen’s hospital in New Delhi and member of the NTAGI - India's National Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation] …. ” [Emphasis added.]

This list does not include the government’s concession that the Hepatitis B vaccine causes Lupus.

Vermont parents fought back but they left out of their arguments two criminal and undeniable ones – 1) mandated vaccines which include polysorbate 80 are compulsory sterilization (genocide); and 2) the insertion of patented material into children’s DNA without informing the parent and obtaining a legal release, is theft of their child’s ownership of their own DNA (theft of intellectual property by deceptive trade practices).

The Nuremberg Code was written to protect the world from the gruesome experiments performed on concentration camp prisoners by the pharmaceutical industry.  They industry sought a means to covertly sterilize those they wished to use merely as workers or slaves, and to take over control of the world.  The same industry is still covertly sterilizing.  And just as Monsanto is attempting to “own” food through patented intellectual property claims and is abetted by spread of its GMOs through contamination by pollen, vaccine-enforced DNA contamination through injecting patented GMOs into children’s DNA provides a means to take control of human DNA.  Here the companies are abetted in this human-DNA contamination not by pollen but by corrupt state legislators.

Those legislators are abetting both the covert compulsory sterilization of America’s children (genocide), and the deceptive take over by multinational corporations of the ownership of American children’s human DNA (biopiracy).  Vermont stood firm that parents decide.  But there must be “informed” consent and information on what is really happening with the vaccines has been missing since it is unlikely that parents in the US would allow their child to be vaccinated with vaccines that increase their risk of disease, sterilize them, and steal their legal rights to their own DNA.
People will boggle at all three pieces of information but with the last is the newest threat, the theft of human-DNA, and people will certainly ask “For what purpose?  In a Rense article in 2001 on the Bush administration’s deep ties to the pharmaceutical industry and to Nazi Germany, Robert Lederman describes the bizarre direction these corporations are going and why.

Jacob Puliyel, a pediatrician and a member of India’s National Technical Advisory Group on Immunization (NTAGI), who helped expose Bill Gates and the WHO’s the mass number of vaccine-induced paralysis in India, does not dismiss those who have questions about vaccines as anti-vaccinationists, or say they are killing children, as Bill Gates did.  Quite the opposite.  Puliyel makes a direct link to the Holocaust and the danger of being obedient, and urges,

    “The world depends on 35% of those who are defiers–those who clearly see what is right and what is wrong. But they need to speak up, to protest, and to stand up for their ethical values. The future depends on you.”
