Not to mention that the statement says Russian influenced...this could mean a Russian American immigrant..possibly?

Okay, I must admit we are in interesting times here.  The Dems are mad at Trump winning and becoming the President of the United States...questioning the reality of the election, counts...(they tried).  They truly believe that Trump is not really the President.  It is coming out that Obama wiretapped Trump one month before the election.  That is actually not legal, to impose and listen to other parties plans, objectives, conversations etc...because it interferes with true competition for the political party.

Okay, so I understand that the Dems are not happy with what Trump is doing...although to be honest I can't understand why.  He is already working on more jobs, higher paying than the service industry through increasing manufacturing in America.  Charging higher tariffs on incoming products as the other countries charge us, developing programs for our failing infrastructure, and vetting new immigrants who want to enter into this country.  If I want to be a part of the EU, I have to be vetted, I have to prove that I can pay my way...so why have we not been doing that here?  My tax money should go to those in need, who are Americans, homeless and hungry first.  What is wrong with that?

In the end, there are rumors of a Coup by Obama against Trump.  I have NOT checked any FACTS on this but I can see how the previous administration is using mainstream (back to mainstream and molding the minds of the public) to encourage civil outrage against Trump.  This is illegal, and is explained in this video.  It is clear that a strategic plan has been put into place from those who want Trump out, from the Russian involvement with the election, to trying to oust Session all the while crying "FAKE NEWS".  This way, when truths are leaked most of the public will roll their eyes and view the information as FAKE, thus blinding the people to the reality that is going on behind closed doors.

Realities that Trump nor anyone who is a logical and intelligent thinker would NOT cry out "wiretapping" making it public if they did not have the proof.  Session?  Well, who else met with the Russian ambassador while the country had to be run during an election?  I bet there is a list...I should find it.  The country does not stop running during an election, paychecks need to roll out, decisions need to be made.  Session is just to side track the public away from something else, some other news or political event.  Like possibly the wiretapping.

In the end, Someone wants power, someone wants money it is all about greed.  At least that is what I think when people can and are willing to do crazy things.  To gain access and control.  It is difficult to loose control once you have had it and if you have a big head, then it is even harder.

Tension is rising and the pot is at the boiling point.  In reference to my previous work in war zones and having a masters in conflict analysis, all it will take is one little thing to tip over the pot.  All I can say is that something is going on and it may effect the common citizen, I cannot tell you what, but just be awake, aware, research everything and prepared.

The firing of a drone is based on intel that is not fact checked.  If a group of people are doing jumping jacks then they are considered doing a military exercise.  Cultural differences are not considered, as I have seen when I was on the ground covering the Iraq war.  It is not understood that the tribal protocol is to have meetings to come to agreement on an issue, such as water.  In turn, when intel sees a meeting taking place, they bomb it.  All the tribal leaders are killed, the women who are in the homes cooking and serving tea, the children who are playing in the yards and trees.  All killed.

Nothing is working with this and one wonders why the entire world is mad at America.  One wonders why we have created so many enemies that we cannot know where they will come from.  One wonders why we are considered the enemy.  Not only has America spent trillions of unlimited dollars in war, but we have induced a non countable amount of global deaths.  We put immigrants who are running from their wars into our country for safety and hope into dormitory type living for an unlimited amount of time with less hope.  Drones the new war.

I agree that it is not acceptable to ignore such action by any political leader on their own people and such an action is plainly against international human rights justice.

I too have seen horrible injustice in times of conflict and war, being a war photojournalist in the Middle East for almost ten years.  The evil than man is capable of is unbearable.  I have walked in regions of utter poverty, hunger, and social inequalities where those is power are full of both greed and pride allowing others to suffer in extremes without blinking an eye.

However, it is my deepest hopes that the United States of America waits just a bit to gather global and national approval through the UN before we fly one plane, drone or take one step upon Syria's soil.  After living and working in war torn area's and analyzing conflict worldwide, I am highly concerned that this action will greatly harm hundreds if not thousands of innocent people.  It will put our country and American's on foreign soil at high risk for their own safety.  If we do not wait the few weeks that it takes to gain allies at this time, we will not only increase our security concerns but gain many new enemies who were once allies.

Not only is our security at risk, but also our national debt.  This may sound cruel, but in the name humanity should we not first spend the billions for our own people who are downtrodden and sleeping in cars, behind bushes and under bridges or those who work full time at an unsustainable living wage, or those who cannot get medical care when they are diagnosed with cancer?  Are we not then like the other countries who spend their nations wealth making themselves and others more wealthy while their citizens die of hunger?

Are we not then becoming the global police who ignores international law and does as we please?  It is time to show the world that we are not like that, we are patient to wait for the pieces to be put into place to have the ability to have the support of the rest of the world and the courts use just cause for the crimes that Assad has committed.  We are just to adhere to international protocol before jumping into action.  It is our chance to undo the damage that was done during and before the incursion in Iraq.  It is our chance as a nation to shine and become the example that we presented during the Vietnam war and WWII.

New Financial Overseer Looks for Advice in all the Wrong Places

"This month, it announced its advisory committee. Thirty big names charged with giving the fledgling operation direction and gravitas. But these same people have also compromised it."

The financial industry is obsessed with President Obama's second-term regulatory appointments. Who will be Treasury secretary? Who could head the Federal Housing Finance Administration? But hardly anyone is paying much attention to the Office of Financial Research.

This entity was created by the Dodd-Frank Act to conduct independent research on the sweeping risks to the financial system. Ah, right, another group of Washington wonks who will issue reports carrying vague warnings of risks looming sometime in the uncertain future. Yawn. I hadn't paid much attention either.

But then I spoke to Ross Levine, an economist and specialist in regulation at Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and I finally got it. The Office of Financial Research is a great idea. And as I grasped it, I felt a minor sense of horror, as when you see a precious ring slip off a finger in slow motion and go down the drain while you are powerless to stop it.

The office is looking as if it will be a tool of the financial services industry, instead of a check on it. Its main role is to serve the Financial Stability Oversight Council, providing the systemic risk overseer with data and analysis of where the nukes are buried.

But the Office of Financial Research was hobbled from the get-go by a poor design. It is housed in the Treasury Department, while ostensibly being independent of it. It has a small budget. And it has to report to the very regulators it is supposed to report on.

This month, it announced its advisory committee. Thirty big names charged with giving the fledgling operation direction and gravitas. But these same people have also compromised it.

By my count, 19 of the 30 committee members work directly in financial services or for private sector entities that are dependent on the industry. There are academics, but many of them have lucrative ties to the financial services industry. I noted only one financial industry critic: Damon A. Silvers, the policy director for the A.F.L.-C.I.O.

"Academics with a history of challenging regulators are not there," said Anat R. Admati, a finance professor at Stanford and the co-author, with Martin Hellwig, of the forthcoming call to arms, "The Banker's New Clothes" (Princeton University Press). She was among several prominent banking critics who had applied but didn't make the cut.

The Treasury Department sees it differently.

"We were not looking for critics or proponents. That wasn't the goal," said Neal S. Wolin, the Treasury deputy secretary. "We were looking for people with a range of perspectives who understand keenly the systemic risks in the financial system."

Mr. Wolin said that the office would be independent despite its home. The argument for being housed in the Treasury Department is that if it were all by its lonesome, brand new and small, it would be much easier to be squashed like a bug.

Maybe. But it's not as if there isn't a precedent for creating a better advisory council: Sheila Bair did it for another regulator, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. That panel, the Systemic Resolution Advisory Committee, has Professor Admati; Paul A. Volcker; John S. Reed, the former co-chief executive of Citigroup and now a prominent banking apostate; and Simon Johnson, the former head economist for the International Monetary Fund and outspoken banking nemesis.

Perhaps Professor Admati and Mr. Johnson and Mr. Volcker were busy. The world is teeming with expert critics of Big Banking; they just aren't heard from much in the halls of Washington. The Federal Reserve Banks of Kansas City and Dallas have candidates. The economist Joseph Stiglitz would make a good choice. The Bank of England houses two prominent banking critics, Andy Haldane and Robert Jenkins. Outfits like Better Markets or Demos could nominate people who would give Jamie Dimon some indigestion.

Certainly, financiers are not a monolithic lot. Investors often have differing interests from those of banks, and investment banks from commercial banks, and the small from the large. Even in big institutions, there are secret sharers of anti-Wall Street sentiment. And obviously, an advisory committee requires a certain number of experts with real-world experience.

Clearly, there is a place for finance professionals. But shouldn't the balance of the committee be tilted in the opposite direction and give greater voice to the critics and the banking skeptics? This is a panel that is supposed to identify giant risks in the system that bankers ignore in their pursuit of profit and bonuses and to spot flaws in regulations that could cost the public and economy trillions.

It's not as if the poor bankers don't have a voice in Washington, after all. The bankers have the resources. And they are focused. Bankers are in the trenches all day, fighting regulation. The public only glances at these battles.

So why does yet another Washington advisory panel of worthies matter? Mr. Levine has a subtle and fascinating answer. He starts by pointing to the mystery of the home-team advantage in sports, which has long puzzled researchers.

It turns out that umpires are biased toward the home team not out of conscious or recognizable bias. Rather, they subconsciously gravitate toward their immediate "community" — in this case, the home-field crowd, especially at crucial moments in a game. (Researchers will next study how this appears to have no effect whatsoever on the New York Jets.)

To minimize the bias, you can tell the umpires that they are being monitored. Introduce instant replay. With that, you have expanded the community that is watching the umpires to an audience far beyond the home crowd.

Mr. Levine believes that the Office of Financial Research could do the same for regulators. If it independently examined and publicized not just systemic risks, but — crucially — the flaws in how the regulators were approaching those risks, that could have the effect of expanding the regulators' community. Regulators, he said, "operate within financial services industry. They are surrounded by it."

"That means that the home-field crowd is the financial services industry," he said. "The public, if it has a ticket at all, is way up in bleachers, and its voice can't be heard."

The Office of Financial Research is well on its way to barring the gate.

Before the crisis, the consensus was that the Office of Thrift Supervision was the regulator most in the pocket of Big Banking. For its efforts, it got shut down as part of the postcrisis regulatory overhaul.

"Now, the title of ‘Most Captured' is up for grabs," Mr. Johnson said. "And I think we have a contender."

The number of these types of prosecutions has been falling every year since 1999 -- in other words, there were more prosecutions during every year of George W. Bush's presidency than during every year of Obama's. 2) Income Inequality Is Worse Under Obama Than Under Bush The rich took home a greater share of America's income pie from 2009 to 2010 than they did between 2002 and 2007, according to an April analysis from Emmanuel Saez, a professor at the University of California, Berkeley. That means the gap between the rich and the poor was more pronounced under Obama's presidency than under George W. Bush's. 3) Obama Wants To Lower The Corporate Tax Rate Some of America's most profitable companies used a variety of loopholes to pay less than zero in taxes between 2008 and 2010, according to a November 2011 report from the Center for Tax Justice. But the Obama administration wants to make it even easier for corporations to have a smaller tax bill; Obama proposed a tax overhaul that would cut the corporate tax rate from 35 percent to 28 percent. 4) Health Care Reform Won't Make Health Care Cheaper For Most Americans Once the health care law takes effect, insurance companies will be footing the bill for millions of previously uninsured Americans and for those who were denied coverage for pre-existing conditions. And health insurance companies will likely pass on to consumers the cost of insuring the new patients. After Massachusetts enacted a similar health care plan in 2006, premiums for an individual premiums for an individual plan in the state rose 18 percent over three years. 5) Obama's Housing Programs Have Largely Been A Failure In 2009, Obama announced the Home Affordable Mortgage Program, promising to help 3 to 4 million borrowers, but as of January -- more than three years into the program -- HAMP had only reached 1 million borrowers. In an aim to give the program legs, administration officials changed the rules in January to make more borrowers eligible. Still, the fixes were likely too little too late, experts said at the time. 6) Homeowners Haven't Seen Much Out Of That Huge Mortgage Deal The Obama Administration touted the $25 billion mortgage deal it reached with 49 states and the big banks to settle allegations that banks mishandled mortgages. As part of the settlement, banks said they would offer at least $10 billion in loan forgiveness to homeowners. But months after the deal was inked, banks have been slow to hand out the money. 7) Democrats Have Received Lots Of Campaign Cash From Bain The Democratic National Convention will feature employees of firms run by Bain Capital -- the private equity firm where Mitt Romney was formerly CEO -- likely in an aim to raise questions about Romney's tenure at the now-controversial company. But Democratic candidates and committees had actually netted double the amount of campaign cash from Bain workers as of May than their Republican counterparts since 2008, according to the Boston Globe. 8) Goldman And Other Wall St. Firms Have Largely Escaped Punishment For Their Role In The Financial Crisis The announcement last month that the Justice Department wouldn't be prosecuting Goldman Sachs over allegations surrounding the financial crisis was a reminder for many that the Obama Administration has largely let banks off the hook for their role in the meltdown. And regulators and officials may be running out of time; the statute of limitations for crimes related to the financial crisis is fast approaching, according to The New York Times. 9) The Revolving Door Is Alive And Well In Obama Administration Many current and former members of the Obama Administration have ties to Wall Street. The list includes the president's current and former chiefs of staff -- Jacob Lew and Bill Daley, respectively -- as well as his former budget director, Peter Orszag, and others. 10) Too Big To Fail Banks Have Grown Under Obama At the end of 2011, five big banks, including Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase, held 56 percent of the U.S. economy, according to Bloomberg, compared to 43 percent five years earlier. That's right, the too-big-to-fail banks have actually gotten bigger. 11) The U.S. Has Gained A Lot Of Low-Wage Jobs During The Recovery Welcome to the U.S. of Low-Wage America. Most of the jobs lost during the recession paid middle wages, while most of those gained during the recovery were low-wage jobs, according to a recent study from the National Employment Law Project. 12) Incomes Declined More During The Recovery Than The Recession Median household income fell 6.7 percent between June 2009, when the recession technically ended, and June 2011, according to a Census Bureau study cited by The New York Times. That's more than the 3.2 percent incomes fell during the recession, between 2007 and 2009. 13) Payroll Tax Cut May Expire On Obama's Watch Last December, congressional Democrats managed to save the payroll tax cut for one more year, giving 122 million workers a few extra bucks each paycheck, but now that boost may quietly disappear, according to the Wall Street Journal. That's because the White House won't be pushing for another payroll tax cut extension this year. 14) Many Top Obama Donors Are Employees Of Major Corporations Of the top 10 companies with employees donating money to Obama's campaign, three are big banks: JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup and Goldman Sachs, according to the Center for Responsive Politics. Some of Obama's other major contributors include employees from big companies such as Microsoft and Google.

The great American Election

This election is serious this time around while things are falling apart all around us and worldwide.  We need to be as informed as possible regarding those who are running, before we elect them to run our country.  Imagine 4 years of someone who is known to lie to the public even before they are elected; imagine what they will be able to lie to us about later.  Imagine the future condition of our country if someone who cannot be open and honest runs this country.


We are in a time where the rubber meets the road and every single person who can vote should go out and vote.  No excuses.  I understand that Obama has let us down in many ways, but we must remember what the state of our country was in when he came in and the known snowballing of the things that Bush had already put into action just before he left office.  


In reality, things are actually simple but on a larger scale for the economy in America.  If a person looses their job and gets behind on their bills, it takes about 6 months for every month that they get behind to catch up.  This is an average.  Image this situation on a larger scale, the American economy:  to fix things it takes longer and it does not all fall into Obama's lap.  Get real on this.  Corporations have lost their social responsibility to the people of America by cutting health benefit costs in the billions by hiring more part time workers and less full time workers denying the worker any assistance in benefits.  We put less in the system because our income in lower and the corporations pay less into the system as well.  


It is not our presidents alone that can solve this, it is also those who run the corporations.  Most of these corporations can afford to have full time workers, but chose not to because they can get away with it.  Most of these corporations deposit billions of dollars into foreign banks as a tax cut, because they can all at the Americans expense.


It is time for us to say "enough" and stand up boycott those corporations, no matter how much we "like" their services that they offer and walk away.  We need to walk away from the banks that took advantage of the American people promising them homes that they could not afford, robbing each and every one of us for this time and for our future.  


It is where the money is, that hurts the corporations and don't fool yourselves.  They really don't care.  But we must care and take action to stand up and stop putting money in their pockets.


Research your leaders and vote, write letters, sign petitions, and write some more, make calls and move your money out of the companies that are known to rob the American people.

A few Lies Thousands of Deaths Gulf War to Today

It is a sad day when one wakes up in the morning and realizes that we have been lied to by the same leaders that we pay to protect our families and fellow citizens.  This “awakening”, has created a division within America between the citizens and political parties, between the government and the citizens and from those who live in other parts of the world.  No one trusts anyone; we do not trust the banks, we do not trust the economy, we do not trust the corporations and specifically we do not trust the leaders worldwide.

Not only does this happen in America, it is happening all over the place, in the Middle East, Israel, Africa, India, Pakistan, Greece, Spain, Italy, Japan, S. Korea and the list continues.

We can now gain and become bombarded with information thanks to the Internet, blogs, You Tube, and social networking sites. The sharing of information across borders and somehow allowed us to identify with other cultures in their different situations. It is through these means that many can read and view voices from around the world. 

How can we decipher all this information, from the reality and propaganda handed down from our governments and other radical groups?  A normal person does not have enough time in the day to search and read all viewpoints to make the decision on their own.  How can we know that the sources are trusted?  News agencies and citizen journalists can edit a news story simply with the view of their camera, making a small crowd into a large one or by creating texts that imply a different story than the reality.

Some of the “lies” that was discovered has created decisions that killed thousands of people, created starvation, refugees, homelessness, job losses and torture.  These manipulations evolve between American leaders and sometime with collaborations with foreign leaders.  The trend has swelled from country to country.  Some of these “lies” did not make headlines and hardly anyone talks about them, but they have changed the world that we all live in.

The result of the Gulf War with President Bush Sr. and the connection to President George Bush Jr. created the wars that we deal with today, the unnecessary deaths and suffering both for Iraqi’s and Americans. A mess has been created that generated outrageous spending and high debts. The U.S. wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have taken 225,000 lives and will ultimately cost more than $3 trillion, according to a one-of-a-kind study by Brown University that aims to put a price tag on the U.S. response to 9/11.  (Boston Herald) http://www.bostonherald.com/news/national/remembering_911/view.bg?articleid=1364645




Bush Sr.  Falsifying Gulf War

In October, 1990, a 15-year-old Kuwaiti girl, identified only as Nayirah, appeared in Washington before the House of Representatives' Human Rights Caucus. She testified that Iraqi soldiers who had invaded Kuwait on August 2nd tore hundreds of babies from hospital incubators and killed them.  The news jumped on the story and generated opposition to Iraq’s leader, Saddam Hussein.  He was referred to as the “Bucher of Baghdad” and “A tyrant worse than Hitler.”

President Bush Sr, referred to the story six times in one month, “312 premature babies at Kuwait City’s maternity hospital who died after Iraqi soldiers stole their incubators and left the infants on the floor”  or he would say, "babies pulled from incubators and scattered like firewood across the floor."  He would remind the Democrats who were against going into war, and wanted sanctions only against Iraq.  Which would cause thousands of Iraqis to die of hunger and disease, but that’s not the point. 
In the end, Nayirah, was hidden and kept from the public.  After all, she was the daughter of Saud Nasir Al-Sabah, Kuwait’s ambassador to the United States.  Some of the congressional leaders and reporters knew who Nayirah was, but no-one spoke up sharing that “minor” detail with the American people.

It was all a lie, plain and simple.  It was a manipulation tactic to justify bombarding Iraq to get rid of the brutal leader who ruled the helpless people.  Yes, America, comes to save the day from the killing of babies!  Of course, no one would ask if the story was true and no one would ask is it our business?

According to Dr. Mohammed Matar, director of Kuwait's primary care system, and his wife, Dr. Fayeza Youssef, who ran the obstetrics unit at the maternity hospital, there were few if any babies in the incubators at the time of the Iraqi invasion.  The truth is that some babies did die after the invasion, the doctors and nurses stopped working or fled the country.  They were at war.

Fake Satellite Photos: 
The claim that satellite photos revealed that Iraq had troops poised to strike Saudi Arabia was also fabricated by the PR firm. Hill & Knowlton http://www.hillandknowlton.com/ was paid between $12 million (as reported two years later on "60 Minutes") and $20 million (as reported on "20/20") for "services rendered." The group fronting the money? Citizens for a Free Kuwait, a phony "human rights agency" set up and funded entirely by Kuwait's emirocracy to promote its interests in the U.S.

The owners resided in the UK and it gave the company political power to manipulate the democratic and political processes.  This happened 10 years ago, and look where we are today.

Not only was Saudi and Kuwait let down, but the Turkish President Turgut Ozal was seduced through US hints of winning the lost Kurdish areas in Northern Iraq.  However, instead of getting oil rich from Mosul and Kirkuk, the sanctions against Iraq caused the pipeline to closure and cost Ankara $50 billion in lost trade.

The result?  Attack on the World Trade Centers on September 11 in the attempt to rid of the American regimes?  Do I blame them?

In spite of the known consequences of the false war, President Clinton needed a new look, he needed to polish his image.  While the rockets red glare, smart bombs bursting in air, 250,000 people died….Mr. Clinton hired Hill and Knowlton to do his public relations work in 1998.

The American Operation Iraqi Freedom documents refers to some 48,000 boxes of documents, audiotapes and videotapes that were captured by the U.S. military during the 2003 invasion of Iraq.

Associated Press reported, "Repeatedly in the transcripts, Saddam and his lieutenants remind each other that Iraq destroyed its chemical and biological weapons in the early 1990s, and shut down those programs and the nuclear-bomb program, which had never produced a weapon."  Many of these documents seem to make clear that Saddam's regime had given up on seeking a WMD capability by the mid-1990s.

At one 1996 presidential meeting, top weapons program official Amer Mohammed Rashid, describes his conversation with UN weapons inspector Rolf Ekeus: "We don't have anything to hide, so we're giving you all the details." At another meeting Saddam told his deputies, "We cooperated with the resolutions 100 percent and you all know that, and the 5 percent they claim we have not executed could take them 10 years to (verify). Don't think for a minute that we still have WMD. We have nothing."[114] U.S. Congressman Peter Hoekstra called for the U.S. government to put the remaining documents on the Internet so Arabic speakers around the world can help translate the documents.

Even obedient weapons inspector Richard Butler told the US Senate that there was no evidence that Iraq had passed weapons technology to non-Iraqi terrorist groups. Scott Ritter, another former UN weapons inspector in Iraq, has said that the US has not produced enough hard evidence to justify an attack. Rolf Ekeus, the Swedish arms inspector from 1991 to 1997, accused the US of manipulating the UN mission for its own ends. The US was more keen on tracking Saddam's whereabouts, which "could be of interest if one were to target him personally".

The whole thing is only accentuating the image of the "Ugly American". A respected non-partisan US think tank, the Council on Foreign Relations, said in a recent report to the White House, "Around the world, from western Europe to the Far East, many see the United States as arrogant, hypocritical, self-absorbed, self-indulgent, and contemptuous of others."

As Bush found in Afghanistan, whacking foreigners is popular with many Americans and wins votes. Iraq and hapless Iraqis would fit and foot the bill. Moreover, an attack would distract attention from financial scandals which threaten to enmesh both president and vice president. To many, it seems that the US administration represents but narrow corporate interests, and already, in this respect, the impending war seems to be going rather well.

Who would have know that after the Gulf War, we would be involved in other wars, based on lies, who would have known that the global economy would start to crumble, who would have known that President Obama, would fail on removing the troops from Iraq after his election...we are all still waiting.

Houston, we've got a problem.  Those were the days when we were mainly concerned about the space shuttles going into space.  Today is a different story.  The attempt to come to an agreement over the U.S. debt falls into the gutter.  Republicans blame the Democrats and the Democrats blame the Republicans.  Following the news of the collapse, the FAA is wiping 4,000 people from their books,  Walter Reed Medical Hospital is closing its door while wall street and major corporations prepare for a possibility of default. Murdoch's reign collapses while scandals grow from sea to shining sea.  No one is going to Hampton this summer.

Shuffling through all the headlines it is difficult to find out who, what, where and when.  The most important words in journalism.  There are threats of cutting down with Social Security and Medicare over the course of 10 years. 1 trillion in savings that would come from the "draw-down" in the wars, in the next ten years.  I thought Obama said that he would withdrawal the troops by October of 2010? 

The Republicans want to cut Medicaid, but Obama was not comfortable with that idea. The idea of taking from those who do not have anything is a bit impossible.  If anything, if we cut down on Social Security and Medicare, we will gain in our costs of health care due to the lack of preventive care for the elderly.  Did not the elderly build our country?  Did not the elderly pay taxes and pensions all of their lives? 

They could gain 800 Billion in revenue if they eliminated the top-end-Bush tax cuts.  The Republicans did not go for that idea.  We are not left with much of a choice, but to raise the debt limit without Congress and call for a 1.5 trillion in cuts.  The Gang of Six wanted to slash 3.7 trillion over ten years, and gain 1 trillion through tax code reform.

It looks like Obama will have a difficult time getting re-elected next term, for it seems that he has been put between a rock and a hard place.

Here is the list of Public Debt by recent administrations...
Regan (1981-1988) - 1.26 trillion added to the debt (8 years)
BushSr (1989-1992) -0.81 trillion (4 years)
Bill Clinton (1993-2000) 0.13 Trillion (8 years)
GWBush - (2001-2008)- 2.48 trillion (8 years)
Obama (2009-2011)- 4.35 trillion (3 years)

The numbers for Obama do not look good here. He spent more money in the attempt to create more jobs by developing a stimulus plan.  That did not work.  Our wars continue, and the debt increases.  Our Social Security debt is the same as our war debt at 701,893,976 and adding by the minute.

However, there are some different numbers since Obama's administration:
The total federal outlays for the fiscal year 2010 was 3.456 trillion, was down 64 billion from a year earlier.
Incomes were up by 58 billion, to 2.162 trillion.
The budget gap was 177 billion less than the previous estimates in July, due to lower than forecast spending and higher than expected tax collections.

Yet, the Federal Reserve attempts to support the economy more than doubles its profits to...get this...75.8 billion.  The increase reflects income from its purchases of more than 1.75 trillion in Treasury debt and mortgage-backed securities.

Who has been benefiting from our spending and debt?  Why the Federal Reserve of course, not to mention a few defense contractors "repairing" the war damage and feeding the troops.  Oh, I forgot to mention the banks, and GE who profited from the bailouts to begin with.  GE now holds 91 billion in cash, 40 billion in short term debt, compared with 16 billion in cash and 90 billion in short term debt three years ago.

Thank you Boehner for letting America down by walking out of the meeting and not solving any problems.
