I am scared and this is the moment of truth, the American future and the death of the Forth Amendment and here is why.
The political firepower that the proposed CISPA bill has in congress is strong and has a ton of money backing it up. From this list, you will see the power that is behind the bill and how difficult it will be for the American people to help to stop it from passing. These companies have voiced their direct support for CISPA or indirect support through the direct support of a trade group.
Those on the CISPA camp say, "Don't worry. Trust us." But we don't and shouldn't. Simple trust should not be a factor, while this is an example of the government and corporations abusing power to derail individuals.
